Construction & Contracting

Job Sites And Office,
Finally In Sync.

Procore is built for GCs with back-office staff to feed it. We build construction software around how your company actually runs jobs — field reporting crews will actually use, job costing you can trust, and scheduling that survives contact with reality.

Sound Familiar?

You don't know if a job made money until the accountant closes the month — sometimes not even then.
Field updates arrive as texts and photos to the PM's phone, then die there.
Scheduling crews and equipment across jobs is a Sunday-night whiteboard ritual.
You pay for Procore or Buildertrend but use 20% of it, and the field crew refuses to touch it.

What You Get.

Live Job Costing

Labor, materials, subs, and equipment against budget in real time — know a job is bleeding while you can still fix it.

Field Reporting Crews Use

Daily logs, photos, timecards, and issues from a dead-simple phone app — designed for gloves, glare, and no patience.

Crew & Equipment Scheduling

Who and what is on which site, this week and next — drag-and-drop, visible to everyone, updated when plans change.

RFIs, Change Orders & Docs

Change orders priced, sent, and signed before the work happens — with the paper trail that wins disputes.

Accounting Integration

Synced with QuickBooks, Sage, or Foundation so job costs flow without double entry and month-end takes hours, not weeks.

Owner & GC Portals

Progress, photos, and documents shared selectively with owners and GCs — professionalism that wins the next bid.

Common Questions.

What does custom construction software cost?

Most contractor systems we build run $30,000 to $75,000 depending on modules. Against Procore-class subscriptions ($375–$1,000+/month) plus the margin you lose to untracked costs, custom typically pays back within a couple of jobs.

Why not Procore, Buildertrend, or Jobber?

If they fit your workflow and your crews use them, keep them. Custom wins when you're paying for 100% and using 20%, when your niche trade has workflows they don't model, or when field adoption has failed repeatedly.

Will field crews actually use it?

Adoption is the core design constraint: three-tap daily logs, photo-first reporting, offline support for dead zones, and Spanish-language support where crews need it. If it takes training, we designed it wrong.

Can it integrate with our accounting system?

Yes — QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Foundation, and others. Job costs, invoices, and payroll hours flow automatically, which is where most of the month-end time savings come from.

How long until we're using it on real jobs?

First module — usually field reporting or job costing — is typically live in 8 to 12 weeks. We roll out one crew or one job first, fix what the field tells us, then expand.
